Forklift Truck Industry knowledge

Zhejiang Jeveda Machinery Co., Ltd. is a high-performance lithium-ion forklift supplier based in China. We design and build diesel, LPG/gasoline, rough terrain and battery-powered warehouse trucks for logistics, manufacturing, construction, agriculture, mining, oil & gas, environment and rental fleets. Our engineering team has more than 30 years of construction machinery experience, and our factory integrates R&D, production operations, manufacturing and after-sales service in one supply chain.

The JEVEDA forklift lineup covers internal combustion forklifts, electric forklifts and warehouse forklifts. We select the machine from the working point: rated capacity, load centre, lifting height, aisle width, ground conditions, fuel availability and operating hours. This keeps the installed cost aligned with the actual duty cycle.

Forklift Range and Application Fit

Our range is structured around outdoor productivity, general logistics and warehouse density. The table below outlines the series we manufacture and where each type delivers the best return.

Series Rated Capacity Power / Drive Best Fit
Rough Terrain 2WD 2.5T–3.5T 2,500 / 3,500 kg Diesel, 2WD Construction sites, farms, lumber yards, unpaved surfaces
Rough Terrain 4WD 2.5T–3.5T 2,500 / 3,500 kg Diesel, 4WD Muddy heavy construction, mines, steep inclines, off-road logistics
Diesel 2.0T–2.5T 2,000 / 2,500 kg Diesel Shipping yards, light-to-medium outdoor duty, ventilated facilities
Diesel Forklift 3.0T–3.5T 3,000 / 3,500 kg Diesel General manufacturing, warehousing, distribution
Diesel 5.0T 5.0T class Diesel Heavier loads in space-restricted industrial areas
Heavy Duty Diesel 7.0T / 10.0T 7,000 / 10,000 kg Diesel, reinforced frame Heavy material flow, industrial plants, ports, large-scale daily use
LPG & Gasoline 2.5T / 3.0T 2,500 / 3,000 kg LPG / gasoline dual-fuel Lower-emission indoor/outdoor shifts, continuous runtime, warehouses
Warehouse Reach & High-Density Range 1,500–2,500 kg Battery-powered warehouse trucks High-density racking, narrow aisles, order picking, long-shift operation

For sites where a standard counterbalance truck cannot maintain traction, the Rough Terrain 4WD Forklift 2.5T–3.5T provides the grip needed for mud, loose gravel and steep inclines. The 2WD version is a lower-cost alternative for construction sites, farms and lumber yards where ground conditions are moderate.

Configuration Approach: Masts, Drives and Attachments

We configure each truck around the application, not from a fixed option list. The main variables are mast height, free lift, engine package, transmission and attachment hydraulics.

  • Mast configuration: Wide-view masts up to 6,000 mm lift height and three-stage full-free masts are available for low-clearance doorways and container loading. On rough terrain models, adding a side shifter reduces rated capacity by 200 kg.
  • Engine and emission options: Selected models can be specified with Mitsubishi, Xinchai, Yanmar or Hyundai diesel engines. A D24 diesel with EU Stage V / Tier 4 Final compatibility is offered where local emission rules require it.
  • Transmission: Hydraulic transmissions are fitted with either 1/1 or 2/1 forward/reverse stages. Four-wheel-drive models provide a laden gradeability of up to 50% for severe outdoor conditions.
  • Attachment hydraulics: Rough terrain models provide an operating pressure of 20 MPa for side shifters, fork positioners and other auxiliary equipment.

Indoor, Outdoor and Heavy-Duty Fit

Diesel trucks handle production yards, ports, construction sites and industrial plants where heavy loads and long travel distances are normal. LPG/gasoline models switch between LPG and gasoline, giving continuous runtime with lower emissions and noise than a standard diesel in mixed indoor/outdoor shifts. Battery-powered warehouse trucks suit high-density storage, order picking and long shifts where quiet operation and zero local emissions matter.

For warehouse density, the Dual-Depth High Reach Truck handles pallets stored two rows deep and increases floor-space utilization. The sit-down reach master supports long-shift productivity, while the compact multi-directional stand-on truck is built for narrow aisles and frequent mount/dismount operation.

Quality Assurance, Testing and Delivery

Our forklift truck factory operates under the ISO9001 quality system, and all JEVEDA forklift trucks carry CE certification. Every process is inspected during production, and finished machines receive 100% full inspection before shipment according to customer requirements and international standards.

  • Warranty: one year or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.
  • Delivery: standard 35 days; special configurations take longer.
  • Capacity: monthly production capacity of about 1,000+ units.
  • Export scope: shipped to more than 50 countries, normally by sea on FOB, CIF or CNF terms.

Lifecycle Support and Project Services

We offer one-stop service across the equipment lifetime: model selection, installation and commissioning guidance, remote operation and maintenance support, spare parts supply, and operator or maintenance staff training. Our service targets include responding to repair enquiries within 8 hours and keeping fleet downtime under 5%.

For larger projects, we prepare an equipment allocation and investment plan, maintain digital equipment files, and run preventive inspections. Regular spare parts fulfillment is 95%, with emergency parts shipped within 48 hours.

Information We Use to Configure Your Solution

To prepare a configuration and quotation, we need the following project parameters. The more precisely they describe the duty cycle, the closer the final specification will be to the operating cost target.

  • Application and site: indoor or outdoor, floor or ground type, gradients, aisle width, racking layout.
  • Load profile: pallet dimensions, load weight, load centre, fork length, stacking height.
  • Duty cycle: shifts per day, travel distances, throughput, number of machines required.
  • Power and emissions: diesel, LPG/gasoline or battery operation; local emission stage or noise constraints.
  • Attachments: side shifter, fork positioner, clamps, rotators or special carriage.
  • Project scope: documentation language, marking, export packing, sea freight destination and acceptance requirements.

Forklift Truck FAQ

Which forklift models does JEVEDA manufacture?

We manufacture rough terrain 2WD and 4WD diesel trucks in the 2.5T–3.5T class, compact and standard diesel forklifts from 2.0T–3.5T, a 5.0T model, heavy-duty diesel forklifts in the 7.0T–10.0T class, LPG/gasoline forklifts, and battery-powered warehouse reach trucks with capacities from 1,500 kg to 2,500 kg.

Can the mast and attachments be customized?

Yes. Rough terrain models can be specified with wide-view masts up to 6,000 mm, three-stage full-free masts, and attachment hydraulic circuits at 20 MPa. A side shifter reduces the rated capacity by 200 kg on these models.

What engine and emission options are available?

Selected rough terrain and diesel models use Mitsubishi, Xinchai, Yanmar or Hyundai engines. For EU-regulated projects, a D24 diesel compliant with EU Stage V / Tier 4 Final is available on relevant configurations. LPG/gasoline trucks provide dual-fuel flexibility.

How is quality controlled before delivery?

Our factory complies with the ISO9001 quality system, and all products carry CE certification. Each process is inspected during production, and finished machines receive 100% full inspection before shipment. The standard warranty is one year or 2,000 operating hours.

What information do you need for a quotation?

Send us the application, site conditions, load weight and dimensions, required lift height, aisle width, daily operating hours, power preference, attachment needs and delivery destination. We use these parameters to configure the truck and prepare a commercial proposal.

What after-sales support is provided?

We provide genuine spare parts supply, technical support, installation and commissioning guidance, remote troubleshooting, operator and maintenance training, and preventive inspection planning. Regular spare parts fulfillment is 95%, with emergency parts shipped within 48 hours.
