Range Overview and Model Positioning

We position the range around working envelope and job-site conditions. The compact model is built for limited space; the all-terrain unit covers the broadest construction and farm demand; the high-reach and heavy-duty models serve projects where height and distance are the main challenges; and the electric version answers indoor and emission-sensitive requirements.

All models in this range use 4WD, and each configuration is documented before we prepare a quotation. Our R&D team draws on senior engineers with more than 30 years in construction machinery, which is why compact structure, hydraulics and electric drive are optimized as a system rather than as separate components.

Application Fit: Where Each Model Works

• JT625 Compact Telescopic Handler: width is about 1.8 m, height stays below 2.1 m and turning radius is 3.1 m. It is our answer for urban sites with limited space, indoor warehousing and narrow farm passageways. Maximum horizontal lifting capacity is 800 kg, so grade-level reach loads must be planned against the published chart.
• JT735 All-Terrain: combines 3.5-ton capacity, 7 m lift, 40 km/h travel and multiple steering modes including two-wheel, four-wheel and crab steering. With 50% theoretical gradeability, it is suited to standard construction sites and agricultural work over uneven ground.
• JT1440: delivers 4,000 kg maximum capacity, 13.5 m lift height, 9.5 m outreach and frame tilt of ±9°. It is specified for construction material handling, warehouse and logistics operations, agricultural loading, industrial lifting and infrastructure projects.
• JT1840 Heavy-Duty High-Lift: rated at 4,000 kg with 17.6 m maximum lifting height. It extends the range upward for projects where 13.5 m is not enough.
• JT625 EV Electric: uses lithium-ion power for zero emissions, low noise and low maintenance, while keeping the compact unit’s 2,500 kg load and 5.95 m lift height. It fits indoor logistics, urban sites and locations tightening environmental rules.

Boom, Hydraulics and Drive Performance

We specify the drivetrain and hydraulic system as the core of each machine. The JT625 uses Carraro axles and gearbox with Danfoss pumps and travel motor; the JT735 uses Dana or Carraro axles and gearbox with Danfoss closed travel, working and travel-motor components. The JT1440 and JT1840 are configured for heavier lift and reach duty.

• Boom cycle times: JT625 raises in 8 s and extends in 7 s; JT735 raises in 8.2 s and extends in 8 s; JT1440 lifting times range from 11 s to 17.5 s depending on load and position.
• Capacities at the working point: JT1440 lifts 3,000 kg at maximum height and 1,650 kg at maximum reach, in addition to its 4,000 kg rated load. For every model, capacity at height and outreach matters more than rated load alone.
• Mobility: diesel travel speeds range from 27 km/h to 40 km/h across the range, with 4WD standard and steering modes selected for site traffic and turning space.
• Braking and safety: JT1440 uses wet service brakes and an automatic parking brake. Operation and maintenance training are part of our standard service scope.

Electrification and Environmental Options

Miniaturization and electrification are core directions for our product development. The JT625 EV is our lithium-ion telescopic handler for markets moving toward stricter environmental policy. Removing the diesel engine eliminates exhaust from indoor and urban environments, reduces noise and lowers daily maintenance compared with an equivalent combustion model.

For diesel models, we can match the engine option to the destination emission stage. On the JT735, choices include Cummins EURO III, Perkins EURO V and Yuchai EURO III; on the JT1440, Cummins EURO III, Perkins EURO V and Yuchai EURO V are available. The proposed engine and supporting documentation are confirmed in the quotation.

Manufacturing, Quality and Acceptance

We are the factory behind the Jeveda brand. Our Fuyang plant integrates a professional painting line, assembly line and inspection process, with monthly production capacity of about 1,000+ units across the product range. Every process stage receives inspection, and final machines undergo 100% inspection against customer requirements and international standards before shipment.

Standard production is carried out under the ISO9001 quality system, and our products carry CE certification. Standard warranty is one year or 2,000 hours, whichever comes first. Export units are delivered by sea, with a usual delivery time of 35 days and longer lead time for special configurations.

Project Support from Inquiry to Commissioning

Our project process starts with demand communication and solution formulation, then moves through service execution, process supervision and acceptance feedback. For overseas deliveries, we provide remote installation and commissioning guidance, round-the-clock troubleshooting support, spare parts supply and operator or maintenance staff training.
