High-performance Mini Excavator Manufacturers

Micro and mini excavators are compact pieces of construction machinery with an overall weight typically ranging between 1 and 3 tons. Characterized by their small size and high maneuverability, they are particularly well-suited for operations in space-constrained environments—such as orchards, indoor settings, and narrow passageways.

Mini Excavator Industry knowledge

Zhejiang Jeveda Machinery Co., Ltd. designs and builds compact excavators for projects where width, weight, and maneuverability decide the machine. As a Mini Excavator manufacturer based in China, we combine compact structural design, hydraulic system development, and electric-drive engineering in a range that covers 1-ton indoor machines, 2-ton municipal units, and a 3.85-ton heavy-duty compact excavator. Our R&D, production, and after-sales teams support single-machine purchases and multi-unit fleet orders with the same engineering discipline.

Our Mini Excavator Range

The Jeveda mini excavator family is organized around operating weight, digging force, and working envelope. Every model shares the same compact logic: short tail swing, low ground pressure, and the ability to work through narrow gates and passages.

Model Class Operating Weight Power Bucket Capacity Digging Force Typical Fit
JE10 Mini Precision Micro / 1-ton 1.01 t 7.2 kW diesel 0.022 m³ 9.4 kN Private villas, narrow alleys, indoor finishing
JE19U Urban Multi-Purpose 1.9-ton general 1900 kg 15.4 kW diesel 0.04 m³ 16 kN Municipal engineering, construction sites, agriculture
JE35U Enhanced Zero Tail Swing 3.85-ton heavy 3850 kg 18.2 kW diesel 0.11 m³ 31.8 kN Pipe laying, site grading, terrain adaptation
JE10EV Silent Electric 1-ton electric 1.01 t 5.5 kW motor / 13.5 kWh LiFePO4 0.022–0.051 m³ — Indoor renovation, tunnels, zero-emission zones
JE20EV Zero-Emission High-Efficiency 1.9-ton electric 1920 kg 10 kW motor / 73.6 V system — 21 kN Urban sites, orchards, emission-sensitive projects

Detailed parameter sheets for the JE19U Urban Multi-Purpose Mini Excavator, JE35U Enhanced Zero Tail Swing Mini Excavator, and JE10EV Silent Electric Mini Excavator include the full working range, track dimensions, and hydraulic data.

Where Each Model Fits

JE10 Mini Precision

The JE10 is our lightest excavator. Its 750–1000 mm track width and 1.45 m digging depth make it practical for villa landscaping, narrow alleys, and indoor tasks where a larger machine cannot pass. The dozer blade and compact tail swing keep the machine controllable in confined corners.

JE19U Urban Multi-Purpose

The JE19U extends the working envelope to 2.52 m digging depth while keeping the upper structure narrow enough for municipal and agricultural passages. With 16 kN bucket digging force and a 1900 kg operating weight, it suits trenching, foundation repair, greenhouse construction, and orchard maintenance.

JE35U Enhanced Zero Tail Swing

The JE35U is the strongest model in the family. Its zero tail swing layout combined with 5.58 m digging reach and 31.8 kN bucket force gives you a compact machine that behaves like a larger excavator on pipe laying, road shoulder grading, and agricultural earthmoving.

Electric Models: JE10EV and JE20EV

The JE10EV and JE20EV use lithium iron phosphate battery packs and three-phase asynchronous motors. They provide the same compact operating envelope as their diesel equivalents with zero local emissions, lower noise, and fewer daily maintenance items. We recommend these for indoor demolition, tunnels, orchards, food processing areas, and city sites with strict exhaust rules.

Engineering and Manufacturing Approach

Jeveda's R&D team includes senior engineers with more than 30 years of experience in excavator, loader, and forklift development. We design the complete machine, which means compact structure, operator ergonomics, and hydraulic and mechanical systems are developed together rather than adapted later.

Production runs through dedicated assembly lines and environmentally friendly painting lines. Each station performs process inspection, and every finished excavator receives 100% full inspection before packing. Our quality system follows ISO9001, and the mini excavator range carries CE certificates for export.

Configuration and Customization

We prepare each proposal from your working point, material, and production target. A fixed standard model rarely matches the passage width, digging depth, and attachment demand of two different jobs, so we define the machine around those inputs.

  • Site constraints such as gate width, indoor floor capacity, and passage height decide track gauge and upper structure selection.
  • Required digging depth, maximum reach, and dump height define the boom and arm configuration.
  • Soil type and compaction influence bucket capacity and digging force requirements.
  • Emission limits, noise limits, and available charging infrastructure point to diesel or electric power.
  • Transport method and container size determine machine dimensions and packaging layout.
  • Daily workload and expected utilization guide engine power rating and fuel or battery capacity.

Integration, Commissioning, and After-Sales Support

After delivery, our service team provides online commissioning guidance, remote troubleshooting, spare parts supply, and operator training. Regular spare parts maintain a 95% fulfillment rate in our warehouse network, and emergency parts can be dispatched within 48 hours. The standard warranty is one year or 2000 operating hours, whichever comes first.

For distributor projects, we can prepare the shipment under FOB, CIF, or CNF terms with the required documentation for sea freight and customs clearance. Standard models are usually delivered around 35 days from order confirmation; special configurations, electric machines with custom charging setups, or additional attachments will have a fixed delivery date in the contract.

Information We Use to Configure Your Solution

To prepare an accurate configuration and quotation, we need project data rather than just a model request. The most useful information is listed below.

  • Site constraints: minimum gate width, passage height, floor strength, indoor or outdoor operation.
  • Excavation profile: maximum depth, reach, dump height, trench width, and vertical wall needs.
  • Material conditions: soil type, density, moisture, and whether the bucket will handle demolition debris.
  • Environmental requirements: emission limits, noise limits, and charging or fueling access.
  • Transport and logistics: container size, trailer capacity, port of destination, and delivery method.
  • Attachment needs: bucket sizes, dozer blade usage, or any additional working tools to be fitted.
  • Fleet and service plan: number of units, spare parts package, operator experience, and local support structure.
  • Documentation requests: operation manual language, CE/ISO documentation, and specific export certificates.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the delivery time for a Jeveda mini excavator?

Standard models are typically ready for sea shipment within 35 days. Electric models and machines with specific bucket, charger, or documentation requirements may need a longer production cycle; we confirm the delivery date at contract signing.

Are the mini excavators CE certified?

Yes. Our factory follows the ISO9001 quality system, and all Jeveda products have CE certification. The relevant certificates are supplied with the export documentation package.

Can you supply electric mini excavators for indoor and zero-emission sites?

The JE10EV and JE20EV use lithium iron phosphate batteries and three-phase asynchronous motors, producing zero local emissions and low noise. They are suitable for indoor renovation, tunnels, orchards, and urban sites where diesel engines are restricted.

What warranty and after-sales support do you provide?

Standard warranty is one year or 2000 operating hours, whichever comes first. We also provide online commissioning support, remote troubleshooting, spare parts delivery, and operator and maintenance training under the Jeveda one-stop service program.

What information should we send with an inquiry?

Send your site width and height limits, maximum digging depth, material type, power preference, transport route, and expected production volume. With those inputs, our engineering team can match the correct model, bucket capacity, and options.
