Zhejiang Jeveda Machinery Co., Ltd. is a China-based manufacturer of small construction machinery and logistics equipment. As a Small Lift Trucks Factory, we integrate R&D, production operations, manufacturing and after-sales services into one chain, supplying compact telehandlers, mini excavators, skid loaders and forklift trucks to construction, agriculture, logistics and rental operations worldwide.

Four Product Families, One Engineering Standard

Each product family serves a different job-site pattern, but all are built to the same manufacturing standard. This is the range we configure for single-machine and fleet orders.

Telescopic Handler: Reach, Height and Multi-Attachment Versatility

A telescopic handler combines forklift lifting, crane reach and loader function on a single off-road chassis. The extendable, angle-adjustable hydraulic boom gives it a larger working range and better trafficability than a conventional forklift.

• JT625 Compact – 2.5 t rated load, 5.95 m maximum lift height, 55.4 kW power. Body width around 1.8 m and height below 2.1 m for urban and narrow farm access.
• JT735 General-Purpose – 3.5 t rated load, 7 m lift height, 81 kW power and 40 km/h travel speed. The broadest construction and agricultural demand.
• JT1440 High-Performance – 4 t capacity, 13.5 m maximum lift height. For higher reach requirements in industrial and building projects.
• JT1840 Heavy-Duty High-Lift – 4 t rated load, 17.6 m lift height. For height-critical jobs where reach and load must be combined.
• JT625 EV – 2.5 t rated load, 5.95 m lift height, powered by lithium-ion batteries. Zero emissions, low noise and low maintenance costs for EU-regulated sites.

We configure the carriage, fork size and optional attachments around the material being handled. The Telescopic Handler family is the most versatile line in our programme and a direct replacement for single-purpose machines.

Mini Excavator: Digging Power in Confined Spaces

Our mini excavators are designed for operations where width, weight and maneuverability decide the machine. They work through narrow gates, inside buildings and in orchards or municipal corridors where large excavators cannot operate.

• JE10 – 1.01 t operating weight, 7.2 kW power, 9.4 kN digging force. For private villas, narrow alleys and indoor finishing.
• JE19U – 1.9 t operating weight, 15.4 kW power, 16 kN digging force. The general-purpose urban model for construction and municipal work.
• JE35U – 3.85 t operating weight, 18.2 kW power, 31.8 kN digging force, 0.11 m³ bucket capacity. Enhanced zero tail swing for heavy compact excavation.
• JE10EV – 1.01 t electric mini excavator with 5.5 kW three-phase asynchronous motor and 13.5 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery.
• JE20EV – 1.92 t electric model with 10 kW motor, 73.6 V system voltage and 21 kN bucket digging force.

For utility work, pipe laying and site preparation in noise-sensitive or zero-emission zones, the Mini Excavator range covers diesel and electric powertrains in the same compact envelope.

Skid Loader: Zero-Turn Flexibility and Attachment Speed

Skid loaders give the operator zero-turn capability and rapid attachment exchange. That makes them effective for material handling, site cleaning, pen tidying and short-cycle loading jobs that do not justify a larger machine.

• JS130 – stand-on compact model for highly confined work areas and quick operator access.
• JS800 – lightweight wheeled model, 800 kg rated load, 34.6 kW power, four-wheel drive and steering modes.
• JS1100 – general-purpose model, 1.1 t rated load, 61.3 kW power. The most common choice across construction and farm applications.
• JS1300 – tracked heavy-duty model, 1.3 t rated load, 74 kW power, crawler undercarriage for off-road capability.
• JS800EV – 800 kg electric model with lithium-ion battery, zero emissions and quiet operation.

Our Skid Loader range is built for attachment-based versatility, reducing the need for multiple dedicated machines on site.

Forklift Truck and Warehouse Integration

The forklift truck category completes our logistics handling line. These machines are positioned for warehouses, distribution centres, factories and loading docks, complementing the telehandler range for indoor and yard applications.

Because we produce the machines on the same assembly lines as our telescopic handlers and skid loaders, forklift configurations are quoted with the same engineering data: rated capacity, lift height, mast type, power source and site constraints.

Manufacturing, Quality and Project Control

Our factory in Hangzhou integrates development, production, painting, assembly and after-sales service. The R&D team has more than 30 years of construction machinery experience, with particular focus on whole-machine layout, hydraulic mechanical systems, ergonomics and product appearance.

Quality control follows the manufacturing process from incoming parts to finished machine. The factory operates under the ISO9001 quality system, all products carry CE certificates, and each final machine receives 100% full inspection according to customer requirements and international standards.

• Monthly production capacity exceeds 1,000 units across the product range.
• Standard delivery time is approximately 35 days; special configurations take longer.
• Standard warranty is one year or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.
• Products are exported to more than 50 countries, including the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Romania, Turkey, Poland, Algeria, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Australia, South Korea and Thailand.

We reply to inquiries quickly and quote based on the actual working point, not a generic configuration. To prepare a suitable proposal, include the following project data:

• Job description and site layout – indoor, outdoor, paved ground, soft terrain, slopes, gate and passage widths.
• Material and load data – type of material, unit weight, pallet dimensions, required lift height and forward reach.
• Duty cycle – daily operating hours, number of shifts, number of machines required.
• Attachment requirements – buckets, forks, lifting jib, grapple, sweeper or other tools.
• Power preference – diesel, electric or mixed fleet; available charging voltage and power supply.

Are you a direct manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer with independent development capabilities and our own international trade department. We produce and sell our own telescopic handlers, mini excavators, skid loaders and forklift trucks.

What warranty do you provide?

Our standard warranty is one year or 2,000 operating hours, whichever comes first.

What certificates do your machines carry?

The factory operates under the ISO9001 quality system, and all products have CE certificates.

What is the usual delivery time?

Standard models are usually delivered in about 35 days. Special models and configurations need longer, and we confirm a delivery schedule with the order confirmation.

How do you ship machines internationally?

We usually ship by sea and confirm the trade method with each order. Common terms are FOB, CIF and CNF. For mass production, payment is typically 30% deposit before production and 70% before delivery, with T/T or L/C accepted.

Can you support special configurations?

Yes. We quote special models and configurations on a case-by-case basis, and the delivery time is adjusted to the engineering and production work involved.
